    In 1985 Winterset Designs pioneered the concept of putting bags on folding wooden frames and introduced the first product of its type, the Laundry Bagger™. Today over a million of Winterset's Baggers™ are in homes throughout the world. Whether you are a retailer or an individual consumer, we would like to take this opportunity to share with you our recipe for making a quality storage product:

BAG CONSTRUCTION:

    Winterset bags are:
  • Sewn from sturdy 7 oz. poly-cotton fabrics. Poly-cotton lasts three times
  • longer than cotton canvas.
  • All bags are washable and care instructions are provided.
  • All seams are triple sewn for long life.
  • We offer the best selection of colors avialable for our products.
  • We only use high quality, durable fabrics and sew all of our storage bags with stitching techniques that ensure their long life.
  • We select clear native pine and birch dowels from family-owned New England wood mills, and size all of the wooden components to add strength and durability to our frames.
  • We use environmentally sound manufacturing procedures that have minimal impact on the health of the planet (and ours as well!).
  • Workers at Winterset are responsible for organizing their own productive work day. Their attention to detail results in the highest quality standards in our industry!

FRAME CONSTRUCTION:

  • We ONLY use high quality, clear pine and birch wood from the renewable New England forests to manufacture our frames.
  • ALL frame components are sized to add strength and durability.
  • ALL frames are treated in clear oil for a natural finish, unless unfinished frames are requested.

PACKAGING:

  • Winterset products are packaged in a clear poly-bag, with a point of purchase illustrating the key points of the product and featuring a SKU.


WINTERSET'S UNIQUE SNAP SYSTEM:

  • Our "high tension" snap system allows you to locate our bags in convenient places...on the back of closet doors, inside cupboards, handy and accessible for the home owner.
  • We also use this snap system in our BAGGER ORGANIZATION SYSTEM™, where the same bag securely fastens to our SINGLE, DOUBLE and TRIPLE BAGGER™ frames.
